1. Where are the products made?

The products are manufactured in Asia. We are direct outlets of factories, which have many years of experience in manufacturing luxury handbags, and so the quality of products are not compromised.

 

2. Why don't you provide as wide variety of designer brands and styles as other online shops?

We are a direct factory outlet.  We only get bags from a few factories which are capable of making the luxury bags in authentic quality.

 

3.What type of material used for making of the bags?

The material used are mainly consist of genuine leather. Please note that the strap and handle are also made of genuine leather. The handle and strap of Louis Vuitton are made of genuine oxidizing leather, which will turn to honey colour (patina) over time.

 

4. How good are the products?

They are in authentic quality.  The bags are made of high quality genuine leather by experienced workers with excellent workmanship. We pay attention to every details including the correct marking, labels and embossment.  We have good quality control. We double check the products before sending them out to ensure that they are perfect when leaving our hand.

 

5.Are the pictures posted on the site the real items that customer will receive?

Yes. We took the pictures of the products before we listed the items for sale on our webstore.

 

6.What if the products I need is not available?

If the item you need are not posted on our website, you can submit an enquiry to me at [email protected]. To facilitate your inquiry, please kindly send us the model name and number, if possible, please send us the picture of the items you wish to enquire.

 

7. Does the bags come with dust bag, locks and keys, tag?

Yes, all our bags come with dust bag, locks and keys (if applicable), tag.

 

8. Does the bags come with serial number?

All bags will have serial number stamped inside if the authentic one has.

 

9. Does the wallets and bags come with the designer gift box?

Wallet comes with the designer gift box.  Since the designer gift box for bag is heavy and bulky, we charge usd 25 per gift box for the extra shipping cost if you need it. 
If you need to add the gift box, please remark that you want to add the gift box in the comment field during check out.

 

10. How long will it take for me to receive the products?

The shipping usually takes 6-13 days after receiving your payment. The package will be delivered by courier to your door. If you have any question, please email Ray Lau at [email protected]

 

11 Does DFO Handbags ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to anywhere in the world.

 

12. How much is shipping?

DFO Handbags do offer Shipping Worldwide. All shipping and handling are free and so you need not to pay any extra.

 

13. What happen if I did not receive the shipment?

If you have not received the products 14 days after your payment, you can email [email protected] directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnish incorrect shipping information in the first place.

 

14. What happen if the item was damaged during shipment?

You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment once you noted the product was damaged during shipment. We may require the item to be sent back to us before we send out a new replacement.

 

15. What is your Refund and Return Policy for Retailing order?

As we are very confident with the qaulity of the bags and wallets we are selling, we can guarantee your total satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return it for exchange or a full refund. The request of return has to be made within 3 days upon receive of the shipment and the goods must be brand new without being used. Before returning the goods, you need to contact us to confirm the return address and other details.

 

16. How do I know that you are trustworthy? 

We offer payment option (paypal) that offers buyer protection, ie.  if you do not receive your order, it will reverse the payment; if the product is not as described, I have to accept return for full refund.
